This is me going to Five Guys after many years This is a good one. There was a small queue, then we ordered. There are many toppings you can select from. We ordered two cheeseburgers with bacon, they were very tasty. We had to pay for drinks and fries separately. I liked the burger, the bacon was too dry and crispy for me but my pal liked it. The fries were so tasty for me, but my pal expected chunky chips. The amount of fries they gave us was very generous, besides the cup, the bag was full. Heinz mayo and ketchup, amazing. It was a cold Jan day, and the shop was also cold for us. The staff were very nice. We also noticed the chefs were working so hard. We paid 3 times more than McDonald's, but we were eating on aluminum foil. I don't know if we had to ask for sitting in order or that's it!

My husband and I had our lunch here last Sunday. We ordered a hamburger, a cheeseburger, some fries and a drink. We helped ourselves to some free peanuts while waiting for our order and they were pretty fragrant and lightly salted. The burgers were the best we’d had in a long time; the buns were soft with crusty edges and the double patties were so juicy. Just thinking about this makes me want to go back and get myself another burger. I want to give a shout-out to Emma, the cashier who was always smiling and super sweet and friendly to all the customers. A true asset to Five Guys and the community she is. Thank you very much for making our day, Emma!

Came in with my teenage daughter tonight (Sunday). My first time. I will return due to the excellent service from Chris. He happily explained this and that. He was working hard, as were all the team. He was cheerful and professional and cheered me up. Food was tasty too.

Absolutely love the burgers and fries here you can have as many toppings as you want and they are all free. Nothing has been frozen, all burgers made fresh. The milkshakes are awesome. There burgers are more expensive than the other high street burger shops but it is well worth the money as they are in a different league.

Love a Five Guys. I used to think it was expensive but compared to having a burger at a chain pub or somewhere like that it's just a little more but far tastier and more satisfying. The place is clean and has friendly staff that seem happy at their work. Can't ask for more.

No longer a Five guys Virgin!!! Staff were brilliant. Cook was excellent. And one of the best burgers I've had in a long ,long time.
